1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Testatic (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Testatic lets you capture images from a computer screen and receive generated answers and explanations. Output is produced programmatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it, especially for academic, financial, legal, or medical decisions.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by capturing content you do not have the right to use, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or using it to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.

5. Academic integrity

You may not use the Service to cheat or to gain an unfair or dishonest advantage. In particular, you must not use Testatic during any exam, quiz, test, interview, or other assessment where outside assistance is not allowed, or in any way that breaks an institution's academic-integrity policy, honor code, or exam rules, or that violates applicable law. You are solely responsible for knowing and following the rules that apply to you, and you accept all consequences of any misuse. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are using the Service to cheat or otherwise in breach of this section.

6. Plans and billing

Testatic is a paid subscription service. The current plans, prices, features, and any usage limits are shown before you subscribe, and by subscribing you agree to the pricing presented at checkout. Subscriptions are billed in advance through our third-party payment processor and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our plans, prices, and limits; changes to recurring charges will be notified in advance and take effect on your next billing period.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the screenshots and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and provide the Service, including sending it to third-party model providers that generate answers.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that output is accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
